Uit een persbericht: "Bird & Bird has recruited Marc van Wijngaarden, an IP litigation lawyer to further strengthen the firm’s IP capabilities in The Netherlands. Marc joins Bird & Bird as a partner from Dutch patent firm Arnold & Siedsma. His appointment follows on from a tide of recent recruits across the firm’s international offices in recent months including the arrival of IP partners Shirley Kwok in Asia and Sally Shorthose in London."
