The success of Mr. Maier

The OHIM Administrative Board has recently confirmed that Mr. Paul Maier, previously Director of the Designs Department, will take up his new duties as President of the Boards of Appeal on 16 January. The success of Mr. Maier opens the way for further organisational changes at the OHIM. Consequently, Mr. Peter Rodinger, former Director of the Finance Department, has been appointed Director of the Designs Department. Mr. Rodinger will also commence his new duties on 16 January. Furthermore the OHIM Vice-President, Mr. Peter Lawrence who has extensive experience in financial issues, both as a head of finance for a UK Government agency and as Chairman of the OHIM Budget Committee, has been appointed Director of the Finance Department.
