European Copyright Society, 'General Opinion on the EU Copyright Reform Package', 24 januari 2017. In the first part we make a number of overarching observations on the entire copyright reform package [Voorstel Richtlijn Digital Single Market, 14september2016, COM(2016)593 final, 2016/0280(COD)]. Thereafter, we submit specific comments on a number of substantive issues addressed by the proposals. (...)
